The one, the only, original carton flow rack.
- RollaTrak stands up to impact. New and improved, capable of holding 50 pounds or more per lineal foot,* and self-cleaning. Locks firmly into place with no tools necessary, and is just as easily removed. To accommodate the need for frequent lane changes, QuikPik provides 1/2” vertical adjustability.
*Typical systems are designed for 25-30 pounds per square foot. For capabilities up to 50 pounds per square foot, consult our Western Pacific Engineering department.
- Smooth front edge has no sharp burrs or protruding hardware. This means no skinned knuckles.
- Upright saves you space and money. T-slots are on both sides to serve as a common post for adjacent units.
- The Guide Rail locks into place, ensuring total stability. By slipping it under the teeth at the rear of the shelf, you won’t have to worry about it rolling over and inhibiting workflow. 1/2” adjustability makes lane changing a breeze.
- Combination of 4” and 7” Sway Braces guarantee rigidity. 4” sway brace at the rear permits full use of unit’s height.
- Vertical Upright Frames have smooth, round edges. T-slots are stamped every 1 1/2”, providing 3/4” adjustability with the standard hanger bracket. The unique design allows easy adjustability without removing shelves.
- Multiple Notching of shelf side rails permits adjustable placement within the upright for Square Front or Layback configuration.
- Cross Bracing on vertical uprights adds strength and rigidity, allowing Layback or Square Front configurations within the same frame.

Latest Developments
Testing conducted at an independent research facility found that the updated RollaTrak is stronger than ever before. Able to support over 50 pounds per lineal foot, where typical QuikPik systems are designed for 25-30 pounds per square foot.
Improved Flow through Reduced Crown
Testing proved that crown reduction (which provides a higher roller profile) dramatically reduces carton resistance to flow. With the reduced crown on the improved RollaTrak, shelf pitch can be reduced further, thereby using space much more efficiently. Rollers set on 1 1/2” center means more rollers are under every carton to ensure a smooth flow.
Performance
The inverted channel means there’s no need to remove RollaTrak for cleaning. Rollers won’t jam up because there is no way dust or debris can accumulate. Half-inch adjustability provides ultimate flexibility in lane set-up. The flanged channel has no sharp edges and ensures a safe, fast installation. Plus, no special tools are needed for installation. The RollaTrak just drops into place.
Durability
The tough, long-lasting polyethylene roller is encased in an impact resistance track assembly. The strong, 22 gauge steel channel supports the rollers and resists deflection, while the shiny galvanized finish resists rust. QuikPik RollaTrak is a system you can depend on.
Flowability of RollaTrak: Always a step ahead of the competition
Flowability is measured as the velocity of an object traveling between two separate locations along a set of roller tracks inclined at approximately 5 degrees, using laser beams connected to a data acquisition system.
