We are pleased to announce that Lyon Group Holdings (Lyon) has officially acquired Western Pacific Storage Solutions (WPSS). This marks an exciting new chapter in our company’s history; one that positions us not only as the nation’s leading locker manufacturer, but now as a leader in industrial shelving as well.
By bringing our teams together, we are strengthening our ability to serve customers with a broader range of products, enhanced expertise, and innovative storage solutions. This partnership opens the door to new opportunities for growth, collaboration, and long-term success.
We are also pleased to share that Pat Stein will be serving as President of WPSS and will be working directly with Tom Rogers to ensure a smooth transition. Tom will continue in a consulting role, supporting Pat and the WPSS leadership team throughout this process. Their combined leadership will provide stability, continuity, and the vision needed as we move forward together.
We recognize that transitions can bring questions, and we will share updates and resources with you along the way. Our goal is to make this process as seamless as possible. Vendors, at this time please continue to submit invoices as you have previously. If a change is made to our processes, we will notify you immediately.
